Our home care group helps individuals to lead dignified and independent lives in the comfort and safety of their own homes. Our non-medical Home Care Services group is designed to provide unique all-in-one service to residents of the greater Bay Area. We are committed to providing quality, ethical and professional services. Our Home Care Assistants are carefully screened, trained and undergo criminal record checks. We are bonded, have third party liability insurance and are covered by the Worker's Compensation Board.
The services we provide are varied and include personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, and respite care. In addition, we offer free in-home needs assessments, client-endorsed referrals, and custom-designed payment plans. Assistance is available around the clock, seven days per week.

Affordable Quality Services
Herb Thomas Home Care works very hard to keep rates as affordable as possible without sacrificing quality and safety. Please note that rates and hours vary based on needs and services provided. Service can be arranged for as little as four consecutive hours in a day or as many as 24 hours per day, seven days a week, including holidays and weekends.
Hourly Rates range from $24–$30 per hour. We offer flat rates for 24-hour care and 12-hour sleepover stays. We do not accept direct insurance payments at this time.
